Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JHP Pool Cleaning (operated by JHP Brooks LLC), we strive to deliver high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a clear and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy for our customers.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel a scheduled service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any charges.

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost may apply to cover scheduling and travel costs.
  • No-show / locked gate / no access: A trip charge equal to 50% of the service cost may apply.

2. Service Cancellation by JHP Pool Cleaning

We may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to severe weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email.
  • The service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any prepaid amount will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Service was not performed as agreed in the work order.
  • Service quality issues reported within 48 hours of completion.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges on your invoice.
  • Cancellation made in compliance with Section 1 above.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services already fully completed and approved by the customer.
  • Pre-existing pool conditions disclosed during initial inspection.
  • Damages caused by customer-provided equipment or chemicals.
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after service completion.

4. Recurring / Subscription Service Cancellation

If you are enrolled in a recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance plan, you may cancel at any time by giving us at least 7 days written notice via email at help@jhppoolcleaning.online. The cancellation will take effect after your next billing cycle. Prepaid unused months will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add additional delay beyond our control.

6. Re-Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost — this is our commitment to quality. Re-service is offered before any refund consideration.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel a service or request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
